Appointments

Patients are seen by appointment only. We make every effort to seat you at your appointed time and we ask that you extend the same courtesy. We strive to create a schedule that most efficiently provides for the dental needs of all the patients we serve.

Fee and Payment Policy

We offer several finance options for your convenience:
  • Cash or check at time of service
  • Payment options, prepayment discounts, senior discounts
  • Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express

For those patients in need of extensive treatment, we offer payment plans through CareCredit®. If you have insurance, we will verify your benefits and coverage to determine your portion as accurately as possible. Our office is committed to providing you with the best possible care. It is customary that payment is due on the day services are rendered. You will be given an estimate of your costs. Please ask if you have any questions concerning the costs involved in your care.

Insurance

We accept most insurance plans; however, prior to an appointment, please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. We will be happy to file your insurance claim for you. We will help you determine the coverage you have available. We require that you assign your benefits to us. Any balance remaining after insurance has paid is the responsibility of the patient. The balance will be arranged for you to pay as listed in the Fee & Payment Policy section.

Professional care is provided to you, our patient, and not to the insurance company. Thus, the insurance company is responsible to the patient and the patient is responsible to the doctor. Though our office is out of network, we will help in every way we can in filing your claim and handling the insurance questions from our office on your behalf.
